Our Mission

“We declare, say, define, and pronounce that for every human creature it is altogether necessary for salvation to be subject to the authority of the Roman pontiff”

—Pope Boniface VIII

At NeedRome.net, we’re on a mission to spread the apostolic faith through thoughtful articles, solid resources, and Christian apparel that stands out.

Focus

We’re here to inspire devotion and deepen contemplation, giving you tools to dive into the full depth of Latin Catholicism. From the Scriptures to the Magisterium, we don’t believe in dogmatic minimalism—our content embodies the universal ordinary Magisterium and all that Sacred Tradition compels us to believe. We’re committed to the Latin language, the language of the Church, and the most holy and venerable “tongue of the angels” (Pope St. Paul VI). We embrace the wisdom of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and magisterium of our Holy Father, Francis I.

Direction

We’re not here to imitate what’s been done or to LARP as crusaders—we’re here to innovate. We want to take the fullness of the faith beyond niche online circles and into culture, creating something that speaks to the modern soul. We honor the teachings of the First Vatican Council, fully committed to the ordinary and extraordinary Magisterium, and firmly hold to the truths outlined by the Second Vatican Council. We reject the label “traditionalist” because above all we are Roman Catholics—united in faith and purpose, looking forward, unburdened by what has been. “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof” (Psalm 24:1).

Values

Our values are rooted in the timeless truths of Holy Mother Church: Thomism, a Marian spirituality, the Blessed Eucharist, and the Magisterium. We are Mary’s servants—dedicated to spreading her devotion under her protective mantle. As Pope St. John Paul II said, “Totus Tuus,” we are entirely hers.

Culture

We’re building something that’s bold, creative, and unapologetic in its faith. Our commitment to Mary, the Magisterium, and the Latin tradition is not just a preference; it’s our foundation. We believe in living out our faith in every part of our lives, with no need to role-play. We’re about making a real impact—thinking outside the box, breaking barriers, and sharing the truth that sets souls free.

This is our mission: to make Catholicism not just something you believe, but something you live and share. All in, with, and through Mary. Ad Jesum per Mariam.
